1. Is this a waterproof diary folder?

The folder is water-resistant rather than fully waterproof. Its faux-leather exterior and water-resistant zip help protect your diary from light rain, splashes and everyday spills. However, the seams are not sealed, so the folder should not be submerged or exposed to prolonged heavy rain.

2. How long does delivery take?

Once payment is received we'll start processing your order. Orders are dispatched Monday - Friday. We dispatch from UK via Royal Mail 48 Tracked Service which normally takes 2–3 working days (except pre-orders). However in busy periods this can take a little longer.

4. Can I return my order?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed gifts/add-ons. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Please note: Goods will only be accepted for return if they are despatched within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made

For van drivers, the diary can also be useful for keeping mileage, deliveries, expenses, customer details, job notes and daily work records in one place. However, drivers should always check which rules apply to their vehicle and type of work, because tachograph and drivers’ hours requirements can depend on vehicle type, vehicle weight, passenger capacity, route, journey type and whether the work is domestic or international.

8. Can I use it with a digital tachograph?

Yes, the diary is designed to work alongside your digital tachograph records. It does not replace your tachograph or legal records, but it can help you make notes, track working time, record manual entry details, keep mileage and expenses together, and quickly check important information when you need it.

9. Does it have a section for expenses?
