Find information about dispatch, UK delivery, tracking, pre-orders and what to do if your parcel is delayed or missing.
UK Delivery
We currently deliver to valid United Kingdom delivery addresses accepted by our checkout.
Where free UK delivery is included with a product, this will be clearly stated on the relevant product page.
The delivery service available for your order will be shown during checkout or confirmed after your order has been placed.
Pre-orders
Products marked as a pre-order are not ready for immediate dispatch.
The HGV Drivers Diary 2027 is planned for dispatch from early November 2026.
The expected dispatch date or dispatch window will be shown on the product page where applicable. If there is a significant delay, we will provide updated information as soon as reasonably possible.
Dispatch Times
We aim to dispatch orders as quickly and safely as possible.
Dispatch times may vary depending on the product, stock availability and seasonal demand. During busy periods, including new-edition launches and pre-order campaigns, processing may take slightly longer.
Please check the relevant product page for any product-specific dispatch information.
Tracking
If tracking is available for your order, tracking information will be provided once your parcel has been dispatched.
Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after the parcel has been collected.
Delivery Details
Please make sure that your delivery address and postcode are complete and correct before submitting your order.
If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once fulfilment or dispatch has started.
Delayed, Missing or Misdelivered Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, or tracking shows an issue with delivery, please contact us with your order number.
We will help investigate the delivery with the carrier where appropriate.
If tracking shows the parcel as delivered but you cannot find it, please first check around the property, any safe place, and with household members or neighbours before contacting us.
